Building of the new house has started and I have included pictures of the progress. The photos are added by date and I will update the site as new photos are obtained.

Decided to have a house built in Four Seasons Community on highway 234 just off of I95. The builders website can be found at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Historic Virginia web site.

Spent almost a year looking at homes and potential home sites. Starting to get serious about finding a home while the market is good.
